3. User Content and AI Outputs

  • Your Inputs: You retain all ownership rights to the data, text, files, or code you upload or input into our platform ("Inputs").

  • AI Outputs: To the extent permitted by law, MagicBuild AI assigns to you all its rights, title, and interest in and to the text, images, or code generated by the Services based on your Inputs ("Outputs").

  • Nature of AI: You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning, Outputs may not always be unique, and other users may generate identical or similar outputs using similar prompts. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any Output before relying on it or using it commercially.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

  • Pricing: Certain features or usage tiers require a paid subscription. All fees are clearly stated on our pricing page and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
